4. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Consumable products cannot be returned once opened, except where required by law.
5. 19L Bottle Exchange
Customers using our 19L returnable bottles agree to return empty bottles in good condition. Charges may apply for bottles that are lost or damaged.

7. Limitation of Liability
