PureXDrop currently provides delivery services within our designated service areas.

During checkout, customers can confirm whether their address falls within our delivery coverage.

If your location is outside our current service area, we may be unable to process your order.

Orders are processed during our regular business hours.

Once your order has been confirmed, our team will prepare it for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and delivery schedule.


3. Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time shown during checkout or communicated by our customer support team.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Unexpected operational delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delivery times are not guaranteed.


4. Delivery Charges

From time to time, PureXDrop may offer free delivery promotions within selected service areas or for qualifying orders.


5. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the provided delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • or access to the location is restricted,

we may contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.


6. Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed, you may receive updates regarding its status through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.


7. Product Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.

If you notice any issue such as:

  • Incorrect product
  • Damaged packaging
  • Broken seal
  • Leaking bottle

please inform our delivery representative immediately or contact customer support within 24 hours.


8. 19L Bottle Exchange

For customers purchasing 19-litre returnable bottles, empty bottles should be returned according to PureXDrop's bottle exchange program.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned bottles are in reasonable condition.

Additional charges may apply for bottles that are lost, intentionally damaged, or not returned.


9. Failed Deliveries

PureXDrop reserves the right to cancel an order if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Where applicable, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Service Availability

Our delivery services may occasionally be interrupted due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Operational requirements

We will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
